Bradley A. Busch
Bradley A. Busch joined St. Louis County Realty Co. as a sales and leasing
associate. As a licensed professional with a strong finance and marketing
background, he carries the necessary skills to locate, facilitate, and negotiate
the purchase or lease of retail, office, industrial and mixed use properties.
Brad is currently responsible for all in-house leasing activities, site
selection, and tenant representation. Additionally, Brad assists in the
marketing strategy and market research for all current in-house listings.
Brad graduated from the University of Missouri: Columbia with a dual degree in
Finance and Banking and Real Estate.

Thomas V. Lane has been active in commercial real estate in St. Louis and the
Midwest since 1973. Tom is President of Woodson Development Co., an affiliate of
St. Louis County Realty Co. He has managed portfolios of apartments, retail,
office, and industrial properties; and currently oversees the management,
leasing and development of the company's portfolio. The current portfolio of
properties includes retail, single-tenant, and office properties, located
primarily in St. Louis, Chicago, Dallas, Omaha, and Knoxville (TN), in addition
to numerous single tenant leases throughout the Midwest.
Tom has specialized in 1031 exchange investments, having acquired numerous net
leases for clients throughout the country.
Tom holds a broker's license in Missouri, is a member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM).
Tom graduated from the University of Missouri: St. Louis with a Bachelors of Arts
in Economics and Political Science.
